To create and present radio programs and  cultural  productions that speak to the evolution and diversity of the Caribbean people and culture; to increase  awareness of living in a pluralistic society; to deepen an  appreciation of Caribbean achievements in politics, art, sports, industry and commerce among the Caribbean Diaspora and the world.
